An Ohio State University student assistant has been charged with sex crimes that allegedly involved a 13-year-old victim.
Antony’s books has been accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old Athens County girl in November 2025, according to Athens Common Pleas Court documents seen by WBNS.
Bokar, 21, was having sex with the girl, according to court documents. Their exchanges allegedly included sending and receiving photos and videos. Bokar also told the girl to wipe her phone of all information and messages they had shared with each other.
In addition, Bokar has been accused of buying and delivering marijuana to the girl. The pair allegedly first came into contact when Bokar delivered the drug to the minor.
“He drove to her home and picked her up. Then, (he) drove her to the Hocking College campus where he performed oral and vaginal sex with a 13-year-old girl,” prosecutors said during a court hearing on Thursday, Feb. 12, seen by ABC 6. “He also asked for pictures of her feet in exchange for money.”
Prosecutors also said during the hearing that they had just been informed “today that he was requesting photographs of other underage females of the same age – a 13-year-old girl”.
Bokar has been charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, corrupting another with drugs and tampering with evidence.
Bail has been set at $500,000 for Bokar, according to ABC 6.
The Fairfield Police Department did not immediately respond Us Weeklyrequest for comment on the arrest. It is currently unclear whether Bokar has retained legal representation or entered any pleas.
After his arrest, Ohio State University confirmed that Bokar was a student assistant. The statement adds that it has been temporarily suspended.
“These allegations are extremely troubling. The individual in question has been provisionally suspended and is currently not allowed on campus or at the universities, including student teaching duties,” Ohio State spokesman Ben Johnson said, according to the outlet. “Nothing is more important than the safety of our campus community, and we will assist law enforcement in any way necessary. We are unable to comment further given the ongoing investigation.”
ABC 6 also spoke with the victim’s father, who shared that his daughter had to be monitored for suicide after she had a mental breakdown at school. Shortly after the breakdown, she disclosed Bokar’s alleged sexual abuse to her family.
“You have a 13-year-old cheerleading girl, one of the high school Buckeyes captains, and here’s this Buckeye, saying he loves her and giving her drugs and money,” he said. “When she talks, you definitely know she’s a girl. The word she uses, the things she talks about, it’s all childish.”
The father added that he is primarily focused on getting his daughter counseling so she can process the trauma Bokar allegedly inflicted on her.
“Saying it out loud and telling everyone, it gives us power,” she said. “Help us heal.”
