A nurse in Sydney suspended in a video where he said the threats of Israel’s patients were charged with police.
Sarah Abu Lebdeh, 26, faced three charges: the violence of a group, using the carriage service to threaten the carriage service.
Ms Abu Lebdeh and another guy are exactly suspended from their bankstown hospital duties after video focusing on people random for a chat – released online.
Authorities say that there is “no evidence” the pair of truly harmful to patients.
In the footage, which appeared to have been filmed inside a hospital and was published by an Israeli content creator, MS Abu Lebdeh and Ahmad Rashad nadir allegedly bragged about refusing to treat Israeli patients, killing them, and said they would go to Hell.
The video spreads many online and is caused by the public, with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese who plans it “disgusting” and “bad”.
The New South Wales Commissioner Karen Webb said the charges were a significant collapse of what has been a complex investigation.
“Detectives should be admired to move easily with a lot of pressure and public expectancy,” he said.
Ms Abu Lebdeh was given bail and returned to court on 19 March. Mr Nadir was not charged.
Earlier this month Australia has passed the greater laws against hate crimes that follow a wave of unrelated antisemitic attacks.
