Teenager Noah Kaluori has been selected in England’s squad for the Autumn Nations Series.
Kaluori, a 19-year-old Saracens winger, sensationally scored five tries against Sale Sharks in his first Premier Rugby start.
He made the cut for England as head coach Steve Borthwick named his squad for the upcoming Quilter Nations Series, which begins on Saturday November 1 when England take on Australia at Allianz Stadium (3.10pm kick-off).
A 36-man squad, made up of 19 forwards and 17 backs, assembled at the England Performance Center at Pennyhill Park on Sunday night.
“The selection of this team is an exciting step in our preparations for the Quilter Nations series, and we look forward to working with the players again in the coming weeks,” said Borthwick.
“Our focus is on making the most of the time we have together as we approach what will be a fiercely competitive series.”
Facing Australia in the opening match will be a great test against a team that has been training and playing together for some time and is one of the most in-form teams in the world.
England’s match against the Wallabies is followed by home matches at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, against Fiji, New Zealand and Argentina.
