A week after US forces captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, President Donald Trump on Sunday called on Cuba to “make a deal before it’s too late” and the country finds itself without Venezuelan oil and money. The loss of Venezuelan oil would be very damaging to the Cuban economy, according to US intelligence reports.
