There is no longer any doubt: the San Francisco 49ers lineman Nick Bosa is taken
Bosa, 28, and his model girlfriend Ella Ailiffhard launched their relationship on Sunday, November 30, posting a video via Bosa’s TikTok account that showed the two cozying up and sharing a couple of kisses while sipping espresso.
“Coffee and football Sunday,” Bosa captioned the video.
The video comes after speculation that Bosa was dating a singer Megan Moroney. The rumors started when Moroney, 28, watched a 49ers game in September from a private suite at Levi’s Stadium. Fans noticed around the same time that Moroney and Bosa were following each other on Instagram.
Moroney, however, shut down the speculation in an interview in November people.
“I’m not dating at all right now,” she told the network. “I’m too busy.”
Bosa, meanwhile, is recovering from a torn ACL that has kept him out since Week 3 of the NFL season. Out of the public eye, she has left many unanswered questions about her love life. These questions increased last week when a mysterious woman started appearing on his TikTok page.

The 2025 Super Bowl was a truly star-studded affair. In a rematch of the 2023 championship, the Kansas City Chiefs faced the Philadelphia Eagles at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday, February 9.
In the two previous posts, a shirtless Bosa could be seen hugging and kissing the woman, whose face is mostly kept away from the camera.
Ailiff’s face was finally revealed on Sunday, and his account is now the only one Bosa follows. Model and influencer, Ailiff has more than 140,000 followers and is the founder of her own matcha brand, Bella Blue Matcha.
Ailiff is not the first model that Bosa has come out with. I was previously in a relationship with Jenna Bermanfrom 2020 until late 2022, when Berman appeared to announce their split via TikTok.
“When he gives you the silent treatment but doesn’t know you can play this game 10 times better. Goodbye forever,” she wrote in the caption, as the video showed her blowing a kiss to the camera.
Then the Bosa started dating Lauren Menneralso a model, in 2023 and the two still appeared to be together earlier this year.
A native of Philadelphia, Maenner grew up cheering on the Eagles in his hometown. When she began attending 49ers games to support Bosa during the 2023 season, she shared photos of herself on the sidelines wearing Bosa’s No. 97 jersey, captioning it: “Haha, this is awkward.”
While Bosa’s personal life occasionally makes its way into the Niners’ fan base, the former Ohio State Buckeye prefers to keep things on the down low. As San Francisco prepares for the NFL Playoffs in 2023, he joked to the media that he’s “been a hermit for quite a while.”
“I sit on my couch, fill up my Game Ready machine with ice and put my legs up and watch some shows,” he added. “And then I go to bed at 8:30 and get up and go to work.”
