Argujan Kalantarli of Azerbaijan at Gaza in State Palestine, ‘Unimaginable Humanitative Disaster’ notes.
According to the Azerbaijan Press Agency (APA), the Secretary of the International Civil Defense Association (ICDO) has been selected at the convention at the Regional Baku.
The Chief of the International Relations Division of the Emergency Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Colonel ARGUJ, was unanimously elected to the post.
Kalantarli spoke by highlighting the “unimaginable humanitarian disaster” in Gaza and West Bank occupied and Palestine is a member of the ICDO.
He said, “Food, water, medicine, shelter, are not just fundamental rights.” Palestine’s “loved ones are falling through our fingers,” he said.

ICDO is an inter-government organization that contributes to the development of systems by countries to protect the population, property and environment from natural or man-made disaster and conflicts.
Candidates from four members of the organization of Azerbaijan, Serbia, Burkina Faso and Tunisia were running for the post.
