More than 5,600 apartment buildings in Kyiv were left without heating after the Russian attack

A Russian airstrike overnight on Tuesday left more than 5,600 homes in Kiev without power in temperatures of -14 degrees Celsius, Mayor Vitaly Klitschko said. The new attack comes 10 days after Russia’s worst attack on the Ukrainian capital’s power grid.
