Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer says military planning to protect a Ukrainian’s potential to move into an “operational round” after a virtual meeting with other leaders in the world.
Military leaders gather on Thursday in the UK “to place strong and strong places in place to withdraw an agreement with a peace and guarantee of Ukraine’s Upution Security”, Sir Keir said.
