Miley Cyrus is clearly living the the best of both worlds and slowly transforming back into Hannah Montana.
Cyrus, 33, stepped out at the 37th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards on Saturday, January 3rd. stunning in an elegant black dress with a polka dot blouse underneath.
For glamour, Cyrus wore her blonde braids long loose waves with a stroke of the curtain. The hair quickly reminded fans of Cyrus’ headline Hannah Montana honey colored character wig with blunt bangs.
hannah montana, in which Cyrus played a pop star and her average teenage alter ego, premiered on Disney Channel in 2006. The show will celebrate its 20th anniversary milestone in March 2026.
“We’re working hard on them,” Cyrus said variety on Saturday, teasing that she “absolutely” has birthday plans in the works. “I can’t tell you (details, but) you see the bangs.”
Cyrus revealed last month that she wanted to Hannah Montanabirthday justice for the orchards of loyal fans.
“I’m definitely working. A lot of my time right now is being spent (figuring out) how I can honor Hannah,” he said. Good morning America to the Avatar: Fire and Ice premiere “It’s such a special celebration for all of us, so I’m excited to celebrate it as well.”
While Cyrus kept some Hannah Montana birthday plans close to her chest, she has long been proud of her Mouse House roots.
“I had gotten a taste of what my life could be, and from that moment on, I didn’t want anything else,” the Grammy winner said. he said at the D23 Expo in 2024, reflecting on the legacy of the series. “A little bit of everything has changed … but at the same time, nothing has changed at all. I’m still here proud to have been Hannah Montana.”

“In many ways, this award is dedicated to Hannah and all of her amazing loyal fans, and everyone who has made my dream come true,” Cyrus said at the time. “To quote the legend himself, ‘That’s the life.'”
Hannah Montana ran for four seasons on Disney Channel, culminating in a feature film of the same name. In addition to Miley, the franchise starred Miley’s father, Billy Ray Cyrusas well as Emily Osment, Jason Earles, Mitchell Musso i Moses Arias.
“I felt like I was never going to have the success of Hannah Montana,” Cyrus recalled of her own successes in Rolling Stone in a 2020 profile. “Hannah Montana wasn’t a character. That’s not what the show was about. It was just a normal girl in a whore wig. It was always inside me. The concept of the show, I’m me. I’ve had to really embrace that and not be there in the third person.”
Under the umbrella of hannah montana, Miley released several albums and headlined multiple tours before breaking out and performing under her own name.
“I’m so determined about what I’m doing and who I am,” she told the network. “All I’ve ever wanted is respect as an artist and to take pride in what I do. I think that comes with the dedication and diligence that I’ve really put into the effort. I put in the work.”
