Liberia, a West African nation founded to receive freed American slaves, said it would be willing to accept Salvadoran citizen Kilmar Abrego Garcia if the US deported him. The U.S. wrongly deported Abrego Garcia in March, where he was incarcerated in the notorious CECOT mega-prison in El Salvador before returning to the U.S. in June.
