Kourtney Kardashian has revealed that she stop drinking alcohol almost three years ago.

In Kourtney’s footage, a Khloud rep treated her to a “fancy pop” with a sample of Khloud’s new flavor and a gin-inspired cocktail.

Kourtney stopped drinking alcohol and caffeine initially when she and her husband, Travis Barker, underwent in vitro fertilization conceive a baby
“I did this (Panchakarma) cleanse 10 years ago. I kept telling Travis about it and it’s the only thing we haven’t tried that he’s ever heard of,” Kourtney said in a 2022 episode. The Kardashians. “I’m on so much estrogen right now, that besides not having sex with you or not having caffeine, if my mood changes, that’s why.”
She continued, “After the pre-cleanse, we’re going to do a seven-day cleanse where we go to her spa every day, and we go four hours a day. I’m so grateful that Travis is doing this with me. I don’t think I could do it on my own. I feel like it’s something we need to do together. We’re on the same page having a baby.”

After Kourtney’s IVF cycles failed, she and Barker, now 50, finally conceived son Rocky without any medical intervention. (Kourtney and the Blink-182 drummer each have three children from past relationships.)
“This time, unlike the other three, I was followed by a different group of doctors, who put a lot of restrictions on me for the first few months,” Kourtney said. he said Vanity Fair Italy in a 2023 profile. “No workouts, no Pilates, no caffeine and no plane rides. Even no sex!”
She added: “I think all that caution scared me a bit because in the past I never had to be that careful. It took me a while to let go of the fear.”
Kourtney also told the network that she felt “pushed” into trying IVF after many loved ones claimed it would be the couple’s “only option” for having a baby.
“The truth is, I felt like I was doing something that wasn’t right for me,” she said Vanity Fair. “My gut was telling me it wasn’t right for me. I don’t even take medication, (so) imagine it was working against my body rather than for it.”
Later, Kourtney faced an unknown medical complication in her pregnancy, which required emergency fetal surgery.
“Right after the surgery, I got to the point where I let go and stopped worrying,” he told the magazine. “Now I talk to the baby every day, I have a positive mindset, I keep my head on straight and I say a lot of prayers. I feel very lucky and grateful. I have a lot of gratitude. Not that I didn’t have it before, but maybe because it was easy, I took the pregnancy for granted.”
Kourtney gave birth to Rocky in November 2023.
