Kanye West brought a surprise VIP guest to his concert on Friday, January 30 in Mexico City.
West, 48, performed a number of his biggest hits on Friday at addition to an unreleased song alongside his 12-year-old daughter, north.
“You know, I never left you,” West, wearing a white jumpsuit, sang on social media. footage. “Cause all the roads to heaven are by your side / so I can say, ‘Hello, my one and only.'”
North chimed in, dueting with his dad on the harmony. She wore an oversized black ensemble and wore his blue trains long and straight for the occasion, then sharing a photo of her ensemble on her Instagram stories without a caption.
Kanye West’s daughter North has debuted her verse from her new album, Vultures. North is the eldest daughter of West and his ex-wife, Kim Kardashianwho divorced in 2021. Despite a previously acrimonious dynamic, the couple turned a corner as they bonded over North’s music pursuits.
“I’m a very empathetic person. I mean, at the end of the day, we’re always family,” Kim, 45, told her sister. Khloé Kardashian‘s “Khloé in Wonderland” podcast. earlier this month, detailing their co-parenting relationship. “I always look at it that way, no matter what. There are times when I have to be super protective and there are times when, at any time, I would love this relationship. I’ve always said that.”
He continued, “The music and production side is not mine, and that’s his bond with his dad. Even just to come up with things, we have to communicate about how North moves through this world and all these opportunities that come his way and having to filter that and respect his opinion on things that are going on with his kids is really important.”
Kim and West also share sons Saint, 10, and Psalm, 6, as well as daughter Chicago, 8.

As the exes co-parent their children, they have also worked to further their respective interests.
“(Nord) is homeschooled, and a lot of that is me helping him do a lot of teaching and… take many realistic courses (of) things that she’s really into,” Kim explained on Khloé’s show, referring specifically to her firstborn. “She’s really into math. We’ll give estimates and go around and take stuff and add it all up and subtract it all up. He has a branding class. It’s, like, an actual course and curriculum. (It’s) totally interactive learning, and she had this idea of making hats and jewelry and all the things she wanted to do, so we did a course on that.
North also takes a music class, where he visits a recording studio to write, record and produce music.
“It’s been so much fun watching her blossom,” Kim said. “I’m going to add her writing all her letters as part of her spelling tests. We do all the things at home that she really likes and challenges her, and I think (people) would be proud to see how smart she really is and how creative she really is.”
North previously revealed in 2024 that he was working on his debut album, School dropout.
