Jodie Turner-Smith Everything smiled while leaving Los Angeles in the midst of his continued legal drama with ex -husband Joshua Jackson.
Turner-Smith, 38, was wearing a black t-shirt with a graph of Las Vegas, blue jeans, a black baseball cap and black flats for the departure of Sunday, June 15. He entered the look with a black and white cross bag and elegant sunglasses. The model carried a bouquet of flowers while strolling around the foreign market.
Later that day, Turner-Smith was leaving Chateau Marmont in a colorful dress after a night with friends at L’Hotspot. The appearances occurred when Turner-Smith and Jackson, 47, have been fighting the court on the question where he should attend his daughter, Juno, 5, should attend elementary school.
The former couple, whose divorce was completed in May, both were written to each other before Jackson filed a motion claiming that Turner-Smith changed Juno’s school without accepting it.
In the motion, which was filed on May 30, Jackson stated that Turner-Smith considered that “he had no much to force Juno to start with a new school.” He claimed that “I was trying to create a stage where Juno travels with her instead of attending a traditional school”, according to the documents obtained by Use weekly.
Jackson requested that the court orders his daughter to be enrolled in the school where he is currently in the following year. The actor also requested joint approval between him and Turner-Smith at Juno’s schooling in the future.
Included a Written letter to Turner-Smith On May 26 in his motion on Juno’s schooling.
“I am happy that we are having this dialogue and we hope to reach an agreement together that balance everyone (Juno) who needs to provide -the best possible result,” he wrote. “I think maximizing this frequent, continuous and significant contact should be our guiding light (through) of all these conversations and the planning of parenting time. Juno needs both.

“I am open to Juno to be with you at any time you can return to Los Angeles (during his time in London to work). I do not think it is good for Juno to happen whenever you have proposed without seeing any of the parents, as long as it is reasonably possible to avoid -without putting improper stress in Juno,” he wrote. “At this age of 4 weeks it is an eternity for her. I understand why you are willing to accept that Juno is based on Los Angeles during this time, reduces the stress of the air trip and the time zone that changes it.”
Allegedly, Turner-Smith wrote a letter to Jackson On May 23, hoping to bring Juno with her when he goes to work abroad.
“Hi Josh. Thank you for your message. I appreciate your recognition of how fluid can be the production timeline,” he wrote. “Your willingness to achieve this fluidity makes the difference.”
“I am also happy that we agree that our shared goal is to provide Juno so much stability, coherence and significant time with both possible,” the letter continued. “I listen and appreciate your point that this is your time with each of us, and not the other way around. This framing feels important.”
Jackson and Turner-Smith previously decreased a divorce agreement in May, agreeing to Juno’s joint legal and joint physical custody. Turner-Smith stated that Jackson violated the terms of his divorce solution in a motion, saying that he had the Juno school ending. Jackson said goodbye to claims in a June 12 presentation, claiming that Turner-Smith was the Not following your agreement. Specifically, Jackson stated that Turner-Smith did not consult with him before making the decision on the school and said that he chose a school far from his rental house.
“Jodie has not won the right to choose schools under the terms of orders, because he could not participate in good faith efforts to” gather and confer, “he said.
The case is still ongoing.
