Almost a week after Hurricane Melissa hit Jamaica as one of the island’s strongest storms on record, authorities are rushing to help devastated communities. The storm killed at least 32 people in Jamaica and more than 60 across the Caribbean, Information Minister Dana Morris Dixon said Monday.
