Jake joins Paul Vance to watch the US women’s hockey team win Olympic games



Vice President JD Vance sat down with the influencer and boxer Jake Paul When they watched the US women’s hockey team beat Finland 5-0 Winter Olympics on Saturday

Vance and his family entered halftime late in the first period with the USA up 1-0. Paul joined them soon after. Paul’s fiancee, Jutta Leerdam, is a Dutch speed skater Milano Cortina Games.

Vance sat his youngest child, daughter Mirabel, on his lap. Usha VanceWearing a sweater with “USA” emblazoned on it, he clapped to Queen’s “We Will Rock You” before the second period began.

The vice president and his wife stood and applauded when the US women’s national team scored a goal. They were back on their feet, cheering when the U.S. women scored again a few minutes later.

Among those seated next to Vance were 2010 Olympic figure skating gold medalist Evan Lysacek and Hall of Fame hockey twin sisters Jocelyne Lamoureux-Davidson and Monique Lamoureux-Morando. They were members of the US gold medal winning team at the 2018 Winter Games.

This is the second time Vance has watched the US women’s team at the Winter Olympics in Milano Cortina.

Also at Milano Rho Ice Hockey Arena on Thursday, the USA beat the Czech Republic 5-1 in their opening game of the preliminary round.
