A British man was incarcerated in India for six years without attempting a high profile of corruption should be released in bail, the high court of Delhi ruled.
Christian James Michel, a firearm consultant, accused Indian officials to win a multimillion-dollar British defense company that he denied the complaint.

Deal for 12 three-engine AR-101 helicopters were signed in February 2010 after beating in Agustestland from competition from the US and Russian opponents.
The plane was intended for an Elite squad in the Indian Air Force who included around the President, the Prime Minister and other VIPs.
Only three of the helicopters were given to India before scrapping the agreement.
Italian prosecutors suspect that kicks costing nearly $ 67.6m paid to Indian officials to get the contract.
