Hugh Jackman He was all smiles at the 2025 Gotham Awards, and his new romance is probably one of the reasons why, as his girlfriend Sutton Foster joined him on the red carpet.
Jackman, 57, wore a classic black suit as he and Foster, 50, stepped out in New York City for the annual film awards show. Foster, meanwhile, she matched her boyfriendwearing a black sequined dress for the occasion with sparkly high heels. The actress pulled her hair back in a low bun and added some sparkle with her dazzling earrings.
Jackman stars in the biographical musical Song Sung Blue next to Kate Hudson as the characters Mike and Claire Sardina, respectively. The couple portrays a duo that acts in the Neil Diamond tribute band Lightning & Thunder. For their work on the film, Jackman and Hudson, 46, are being honored with the inaugural Gotham Musical Tribute at the ceremony.

Foster has been supporting Jackman in the midst of his own Song Sung Blue press tour as they made their red carpet debut as a couple at the film’s Los Angeles premiere on October 26. The couple posed for photos together on the red carpet in matching black outfits, with huge smiles on their faces to match.
The following month, Jackman established his relationship with Foster Official Instagram. The Wolverine The actor shared a video and photo of Foster during her performance at Café Carlyle in New York City on Wednesday, Nov. 26, captioning the post, “@suttonlenore performing during the holidays at @cafecarlyle…now that’s an iconic NYC night! And, truly magical.”
Jackman and Foster starred in Broadway’s The man of music from 2021 to 2023. The The best showman star announced her split from Deborra-Lee Furness after 27 years of marriage in September 2023. Their divorce was finalized in June.
Foster, for her part, filed for divorce from her husband Ted Griffin in October 2024, days before their tenth wedding anniversary. Their divorce proceedings are ongoing.
