“We’re just spending as much time as we can with him and making sure we prioritize family time (like) spending dinners there with him and just leaning on each other for support.” Steven McBee Jr. shared exclusively with Us Weekly while attending BravoCon 2025 on Friday November 14. “I think that’s the core theme of our show before my dad’s situation, and even more so now, is with family. You can get through anything 100 percent.”
Cole McBee He added: “We’ve been trying to spend as much time as possible with him before he goes, but we’ll get through this together. It’s a difficult position in our lives, but we’ll get through anything.”
On October 16, Steve, 52, was sentenced to 24 months in prison after pleading guilty for his role in a multibillion-dollar crop insurance fraud.

During the patriarch’s legal drama, Steven, 32, revealed the “Unlocked” podcast. that he felt as if the family was “wearing the scarlet letter” everywhere as a result of his father’s actions.
While attending his first BravoCon in Las Vegas, Steven further explained what he meant.
“For us, it went into every conversation, whether it was personal or professional, you could feel it in the air about my father’s situation,” she explained to we. “To have that closure with the sentence, that’s the purpose. It’s ‘Hey, that’s over now.’ We can move on and start moving forward with our lives.’

Casey Durkin/BravoAlthough some family members thought the sentence was a bit “harsh”, they praise Steve for staying positive through all the changes.
“She’s doing well. She’s one of the most upbeat, positive people you’ve ever met,” Cole said. we. “I think that’s what’s kept us sane going through all of this. He’s like, ‘Hey, you guys are going to get through this, no matter what.’ We’re going to work on it.’ He tells us that every morning and every day he says, ‘I’m going to be fine.’ It’s up to you guys.”
Jesse McBee he added: “You wouldn’t even realize what was going on, just because it’s so positive. That’s what he’s set us up for anyway.”
Despite any legal drama, there is still much to celebrate in the McBee family.

Steven recently started a relationship with his new girlfriend, Allie Eklundon social media, while Cole recently got engaged Kacie Addison. Also, Jesse is loving life with his little girl.
“We’re going to focus on the positives,” Steven said at BravoCon 2025. “We’ve got the new babies, the engagement, the wedding, and we’re going to get through it as a family. We’re going to figure it out.”
