future AI It can be both exciting and intimidating. While some people make the most of AI to automate tasks and improve productivity, others are worried and even afraid that one day it will take up their jobs. But, according to entrepreneurs, investors and co-founders of Resy, fear and ignoring AI is not the right way to go. Gary Vaynerchuk (also known as Gary “Vee”).
“I think there are a lot of things about it and the technology is profound,” Vaynerchuk, who invested on Facebook, twitterAnd Uber, The latest episode of Liz Moody Podcast. “If you’re really scared, I’ll definitely tell you that all you shouldn’t do is hang out and have a beer and complain.”
Vaynerchuk said the most vulnerable to AI may be those who do not stand out from their creativity, but work according to clear instructions. For example, it is the graphic designer of the “orderer”.
“You don’t come up with a creative idea, the boss does – well, and then you’re dead,” Vaynerchuk said. “But if you have an idea, you’re creative and strategic, and you have time.”
He added: “Learn a new skill. Apply for a new job. Find it out.”
The entrepreneur pointed out that this is not the first time in history that humans have had to adapt to major technological transformations.
“Don’t we learn from calculators or the internet? We experience it every time,” he said. “When tractors were invented, 80% of society worked on the farm, and a lot of people were sitting on the farm… and said this tractor would take over our jobs – we found a new job.”
How Vaynerchuk gets the most out of AI
Vaynerchuk told Moody that embracing AI to help you get more efficient is the best way to do it, and it’s exactly what he does. He uses tools like chatgpt as his “strategic thinker” rather than creating tools.
He explained that his recent prompting Chatgpt to be on social media or pop culture suggests that “the shaved look is clean during peak hours.” Friends The era can reappear. Vaynerchuk walked back and forth with the chatbot for 30 minutes to see if this is a potential cultural shift where he can lead as an investor.
“From an investment perspective, from a marketing perspective, I want to think about how Gillette needs to think about things,” Vaynerchuk said. “Do I want to invest in the next dollar shaving club? Is there anything to do?”
Looking ahead, Vaynerchuk plans to encourage his Vaynerx employees to leverage AI and optimize its efficiency. He told Moody that he was holding a company-wide meeting outlining expectations for making AI more part of their work.
“Not because I need your work more. I want you to work less if you want – you can work three hours instead of nine hours, but you need to put F-K into practice.”
