Hailee Steinfeld she won’t let her own busy schedule stop her from encouraging her husband, Josh Allenand the Buffalo Bills.
“On (Golden) Globe Day, there was something exciting on TV that I’m sure you all were watching,” Steinfeld, 29, wrote in the Friday, Jan. 16, edition of her “Beau Society.” newsletter. “The release was at the same time as the glam, so I was a bit (very) distracted.”
Steinfeld attended the 2026 Golden Globes in Los Angeles on Sunday, Jan. 11, at the same time Allen, 29, was playing in a playoff game in Buffalo, New York. Steinfeld wasn’t able to attend her husband’s NFL game in person, but instead came out to the Golden Globes in support of her nominated film. sinners and acting as emcee during the ceremony.

Despite the scheduling conflict, Steinfeld made sure animate the accounts from afar
“My glam team is amazing at what they do and worked around my constant movement,” the actress wrote in her newsletter, revealing that she watched the match on TV. “Andrew (Fitzsimons(my hairdresser) warned me every time an iron was near my face, so I wouldn’t accidentally burn myself.”
Steinfeld further praised her makeup artists, Ash Kholm i Tom Bachikwith the constant make-up between the main works.
“Ash waited for a commercial break to do my eyeliner,” she wrote on Friday. “I don’t know how Tom painted my nails with flying hands, but he did it. Dream Team.”

“I got to wear a beautiful Prada dress for a night out with my nine plus one and catch up with friends I haven’t seen in years,” Steinfeld said, calling her dress the “perfect” choice for the awards show. “The fabric flowed over my bump. I loved the peachy pink color and how the pearls made it look almost liquid.”
She continued, “It felt like the perfect balance of feminine, pretty, elegant, and a little whimsical. Magically, I didn’t need any modifications other than lengthening the slip a few inches. And it’s Prada, kind of a no-brainer.”
Steinfeld and Allen announced this in December 2025 they are expecting their first baby.
“As I enter my 29th year as a softer and stronger version of myself, I want to appreciate some of my favorite moments from this year, both big and small,” she wrote via her newsletter last month, listing 29 things she was grateful for that year. The last entry was a video of her naked baby body.
Allen later spoke about his impending arrival during a Bill press conference.
“I’ve known for a long time, right? So it’s not that crazy to me,” Allen he joked to reporters about Steinfeld’s ad. “But yeah, I mean, obviously the love I’ve gotten from teammates and friends, it’s a very special time in my life and my wife’s life.”
