Hailee Steinfeld is breaking down your pregnancy workout routine.
“Right now, they’re a little slower,” Steinfeld, 29, wrote of her fitness regimen in the Friday, Feb. 6, issue of her “Beau Society” newsletter. “I’m prioritizing listening to my body, which has been a constant thing I’ve always done when training, regardless of my physical condition.”
Steinfeld announced in December 2025 that she and her husband, the Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allenthey are expecting her first baby.
As Allen, 29, and Steinfeld prepare for their new arrival, the sinners the actress has been prioritizing workouts based on walking.

“I’ve been walking a lot lately,” he wrote in his newsletter. “Sometimes I put in 30 minutes, and it ends up being 15, or less than that. I take it little by little, but movement is key.”
She continued: “The other day, I felt like I needed to go up and down the stairs more, so I started doing some chores that took me up and down the stairs, and then I was like, ‘OK, I’m fine with the stairs for a while!’
Steinfeld and Allen have been together since 2023, and married two years later in 2025.
“There’s an easy answer in my brain,” Steinfeld told her newsletter about maintaining an intentional relationship with her husband. “I don’t want it to sound like a cliché, but we focus on being really present with each other. More specifically, we’re big on weekly date nights and not being on the phone for an hour at the end of the day.”
Josh Allen can’t wait for the newest member of the Bills Mafia to arrive. “I have brothers who have kids, I have a lot of friends who have kids, and I don’t know if you can plan too far in advance,” Allen, 29, said at a press conference on Thursday, Jan. 29, when asked about balancing (…)
As for Allen, he has made it clear that his growing family is his No. 1 priority.

“On game days, I usually stick to jeans, a t-shirt and a hat. Allen and the Bills were eliminated from the playoffs weeks later, destroying their hopes of appearing in Super Bowl LX. The 2026 NFL Championship begins on Sunday, February 8 between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks at Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco.
