I live near Nasher Hospital in the city of Khan Unice. Almost every day, I listen to a frustrated call for blood donation on loudspeakers outside the hospital. This is the same for more than a year.
Like working health facilities in Gaza, the hospital has been regularly buried by continuing the Israeli Air attack. By the end of May, he has been shot dead by Israeli soldiers at a relief distribution site.
I had donated blood before and I thought it was my duty to repeat it. So one day last month, I headed to Nasser Hospital.
While blood is being removed from my hand, I have a sharp dizziness and I thought I was going to be weak. My friend, nurse Hanan, one of the workers in the blood donation campaign, rushed to me and raised my feet to increase my brain until I was healed. She went to test my blood, and after 10 minutes I got back to tell me that I was suffering from severe weakness and malnutrition. My blood did not have the minimum nutrients needed for donation.
Hannon told me that my case is no exception. She explained that at present, the absence of anemia and nutritional food such as Israeli blockade and the absence of nutrients such as meat, eggs and fruits, most of the people who visit the hospital cause malnutrition and malnutrition. The two -thirds of the blood units donated to the hospital contain extremely low hemoglobin and iron levels, which make it useless for blood infection.

I know that drought is affecting me. My weight has been very low. I suffer constant fatigue, acute joints, headaches and dizziness. Even though I write my journalism articles or studies, I need to take a less break.
But my health condition reveals how bad it is.
With the astronomical prices of the flour, now my family and my family are eating pasta and rice. We eat a meal a day and sometimes even eats half a meal to give my younger siblings more food. I worry about being their malnourished. Their weight has also been loses and is constantly asking for food.
We have not seen meat, eggs or dairy products since Israel imposed the entire blockade on March 2, and we rarely did it even before.
At least 66 children have died of starvation since the onset of the Israeli genocide war, the Ghaza Health Officer said. According to UNICEF, more than 5,000 children were admitted to health facilities for acute malnutrition treatment in May.
Even if some of these children are miraculously survived, they will not have the opportunity to grow healthy, develop their full potential, and enjoy a stable, safe life.
But beyond the concerns I thought about the toll starvation on my body and the body of my family members, I also felt the pain because I failed to help the injured.
I wanted to help Those Those who fought for your life because of a war injury and a war in the hospital because I am a man.
However, the urge to help another person is the most human heart. Unity is the one who interprets our humanity.
When you want to save lives but are prevented, this means that the whole new horizon of frustration is opened. When you want to help anything you have – in this case, a part of yourself – but is rejected, it causes a deep stain on the soul.
Now for 6 months, all our human rights written in the international law have been rejected: water and food rights, health care and home rights, education rights, free movement and shelter, the right to life.
Now, we have reached a place where we are also being denied the right to show human unity.
It is not all by coincidence but by design. The massacre is not just killing people; It is also targeting people’s humanity and unity. Bomb blasts on charities and food kitchens, people are being encouraged to carry knives, and encouraging gangs to rob and steal food, Palestine people have a permanent unity of 75 years of misery and disposal.
Cracks may appear in our ethnic bonds, but we will repair them. We have a big family in Gaza and we know how to heal each other and support each other. The humanity of the Palestine people has always won.
