According to Lilly, the end of the year featured the “smoothest” holiday season she’s had in years.

In the caption of her social media update, Lilly confirmed that she had been seeking medical answers for some time following her injury.

“I’m comforted to know my cognitive decline isn’t just perimenopause, it’s uncomfortable knowing what an uphill battle it will be to try to reverse the impairments,” Lilly wrote Friday. “Thank you all for always asking, for always caring and for your continued prayers.”

As Lilly works to recover, she has the support of her famous friends.
