Erin Andrews wears another fur coat during the NFC Championship game

Andrews, 47, sported a black leather coat with dark brown fur trim while reporting from the NFC Championship Game on Sunday, Jan. 25, combing her hair. (The Seattle Seahawks faced the Los Angeles Rams in Seattle, Washington for a spot in the 2026 Super Bowl during the game.)

Fans quickly took to social media to praise Andrews’ look. “Erin Andrews wears another fire coat this week,” one user wrote Xwhile another added“Erin Andrews wore all the coats this postseason.”

Andrews went viral earlier this month when he rocked an Auter’s Fox Jacket in Sand Noir ($995) during the San Francisco 49ers’ NFC Wild Card game against the Philadelphia Eagles. The coat featured a brown lined collar and fur sleeves with black and white spots.

“It’s such a different look to me. In the wind, I know it looked like one Beyoncé video,” he said Glamour in an interview on January 13. “It felt fabulous, it felt like a great event, it felt like a great wildcard playoff game on FOX. It was the perfect time to bring this piece on, and I’m really excited that we did.”

Andrews was given the jacket by the founder of Auter Rob Zangardi and later followed her stylist’s advice by wearing the jacket to the match.

“I found out when my stylist, Daniel Romerohe suggested I wear it because it was outside the box and super fun, and I thought Philly was the best place to do it,” Andrews recalled to the network. “I even forgot I was wearing it when I did my first NFL hit on the FOX Pregame Show because it was so closed. Christian McCaffreand, and it’s the Wild Card, it’s a big deal.”

A day after Andrews debuted the look, PETA shared their support of her faux fur fashion moment.

“This is how she looks awesome without harming animals 👏✨ I love that this coat is fake! 🙏,” read a statement from PETA’s official account on X, responding to a post by ML Football, which shared a clip of her viral moment: “TRENDING: Fox line reporter Erin Andrews went viral today during her wild pregame coat🤯🤯. Crazy fur coat.”

Andrews went on to share that she was pleased with her decision to wear something bold, sharing on a Jan. 15 episode of her “Calm Down” podcast, “I’m proud of myself because you know I’m very confident, inside the box (when it comes to clothes), and I was like, ‘This is fun! To shit!”.

Andrews emphasized that his coat was not made of real fur.

“By the way, what a world you live in, what do you think as animal lovers, (I would wear real fur),” she said. “I don’t wear real fur you idiot! I started (my Erin farm) the animal sanctuary!”

The following week, Andrews changed into her faux fur coat for a leather trench coat belted around the waist while reporting on the 49ers-Seahawks divisional playoff game.

Social media users continued to chime in about her fashion, writing via X: “Erin Andrews looks good in ash, I see you baby leather jacket with all of this.” Another added: “Erin Andrews looks great.”

Meanwhile, a third user jokingly wrote that “Erin Andrews shaved her coat,” referring to the viral fake fur moment.
