The Democratic Republic of Kong (DRC) and Rwanda have signed a temporary agreement with the aim of preventing the conflict in the Eastern DRC, a joint statement of two countries and the United States department.

“These acts violate international humanitarian law and may be related to war crimes,” Amnesty said at the time.
