Dolly parton offered sincere words to her friend and her musician Kelly Clarkson After the death of Clarkson’s ex -husband, Brandon Blackstock.
During an interview with Entertainment tonight Published on Tuesday, August 12, the Country music icon gave Clarkson, 43, a message that was placed at Insigt Reunit after Parton’s husband, Carl DeanHe died at the age of 82 earlier this year.
“I think you just have to be grateful for the years you have had with someone and just try to remember the best of all this,” said Parton, 79 years. “Take their energy they have given you … and just recycle -and let it be a part of you.”
Parton, who was married to Dean for more than 60 years, continued, “only honoring his memory and only knows that they are in a better place than those who are these days.” (Parton did not announce any official cause of death.)

Parton added that although she still has to contact Clarkson personally, she will “update her” once wrapped promotional duties around the launch of her book “Star of the Show: My Life on Stage.”

The day before the announcement of the family, Clarkson, who married Blackstock from 2013 to 2022, and shared the 11-year-old daughter River, and 9-year-old son Remington, informed his ex-husband’s health fans and stopped his residence in Las Vegas.
“Unfortunately, I need to postpone the rest of the dates of August’s study session in Las Vegas,” Clarkson said in an Instagram statement on August 6. “Although I usually keep my personal life private, this past year, my children’s father has been ill and at the moment I need to be completely present for them. His struggle is over and he is in eternal peace in the presence of God,” Mcentire wrote next to a carousel of photos showing the couple enjoying time together. “There is no one else like him, and I am grateful for the time we have together. His legacy and his laughter will be carried out through his family. Rest in Cowboy’s peace. Happy trails until we meet again.”
Clarkson still has to speak publicly about the loss of her and her family.
