David Coote was jailed for nine months, suspended for two years, after pleading guilty to making an indecent image of a child.
The disgraced former Premier League referee was indicted in October on charges related to a Category A video, the most serious kind, found by police in February.
Kuta was sacked by Professional Game Match Officials Limited in December 2024 after a video of comments he made about former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was released in 2020.
In August last year, the Football Association suspended Kuto for eight weeks over Klopp’s video.
