Cuts in global aid could lead to 22.6 million extra deaths by 2023




Speaking to FRANCE 24’s Marc Owen, Davide Rasella, ICREA Research Professor at ISGlobal, explains that cuts in overseas aid by the US and other Western countries could have dramatic effects on handling and preventing new pandemics.
