Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel said Thursday the island is ready to hold dialogue with the United States, but only on equal terms and without pressure, following months of threats by President Donald Trump to cut off oil supplies and force an “agreement” as the country grapples with severe fuel shortages and an economic crisis.
