A South African Court has enraged claims of a white genocide in the country “clearly imagined” and “not true” at one time the reports were inspired by the US Donald Trump and Musting that Elon Musk.
The judgment arrived while the court blocked the donation of the Benefactor of the White Supremacist Group Booleglegicioen.
Grantland Michael Bray wants to exchange for $ 2.1m (£ 1.7m) in the group to help these “more messages of hatred in racial and separation”.
But the court rules this request is not correct, not clear and “contrary to public policy”.
Trump points out the “great brethren of the farmers” in South Africa, while the musk condemns his words is “racist’s ownership laws”.
Despite the promise of immigration cracking, Trump says the white South Africa farmers are allowed to settle the US as refugees because of the persecution they face.
Musk was born and grew up in South Africa before moving to the US.
The action of the court was taken by Mr. Gray’s four brothers, as well as the beneficiaries of family trust.
Here, they claim that their brother became “perceived by a future genocide to white people in South Africa” in the last 10 years in his life.
He died on March 2022.
Mr Gray, remaining paralyzed following an accident at the age of 26 while military servants, also became paranoid as he believed that the “genocide” occurred soon.
“That idea is more blamed for his present racism and the content of the online he reveals,” Judge Rosheni Alling is about to come.
Mr. Gray first met Boeregegegicioen members in 2020 and asked them about $ 326,000 (£ 258,000) in gold coins to help their cause and get the member of the racist group.
BoerereGlegioen describes himself as a “civil defense activity that allows citizens to prevent the promised killings of RSA (South Africa) as well as theft of their property.”
Then he made the organization of a beneficiary of his land, specifically that one side of the money would go into different training programs.
But because there are three entities that carry the name of Boeregelegioen, the court found the electricity made by Mr. Gray about which entity is the beneficiary “of his will.
“The only expression on the purpose of (Mr Gray’s) to see the intention to use for funds using the funds he wants to have an organization that he is supposed to be an organization that he is supposed to be an organization to extend each black person in South Africa And use to protect or ward a white genocide, clearly imagined and false, “said Judge Allie.
In the public policy issue, Mr. Gray’s brothers fight Boeregegicioen wanting to use funds in “More … Messages to Hate Rasa and Separation”.
Boerelegioen says it is simply provided security and training services to communities and did not exclude anyone on the basis or race, gender or religion.
Judge Allie rules the approval of the brothers and ordered Boeregelegioen to pay the Court case costs.
Last month, Trump signed an executive order freezing financial assistance to a new law allowing the land seizures in some situations.
The state of white South Africa farmers have been a rallying shout at the right and right American politics.
But despite many claims in the past systematic targeting white African group in the country, the numbers of local crime statistics paint different photographs.
South Africa is not released in crime numbers based on race but the latest figures reveal that 6,953 people are killed in the country between October and December 2024.
In this, 12 killed in farm attacks. At 12, one is a farmer, while five farmers live and four employees, are likely to be black.
In contrast, 961 women were killed by 273 children.
