Field singer Conter Smith has broken his silence after being involved in a car accident that killed an older woman.

“Four weeks ago, I was involved in a tragic vehicle accident that led to the loss of a life,” Smith wrote. “It’s not a day because I didn’t go in, pray and cried by Mrs. Dobbins and her family.”
He continued: “My heart is broken in a way I have never experienced, and I still struggle to fully process the weight of everything. I ask you to continue to lift the Dobbins family in prayer, asking that the peace of God surrounds them every day.”
Smith added that he had removed musical performances due to the tragic incident.
“Out of respect for all those involved and to give room for mourning, I made the decision to move away -me of the shows in recent weeks. I have always found that doing music and performing shows is a place of healing for me, but for that moment it was important for me to take time,” he wrote.

The singer was issued a summons from the criminal status According to the Metropolitan Police Department of Nashville, on Thursday, July 10, one month after the incident, according to various points of sale.
“Conter is incredibly grateful to the MNPD for his time and efforts to carefully investigate this tragic accident and continued to cooperate at all times,” said Smith’s prosecutor G. Smith was charged with a crime of criminal traffic in June after Dobbins was beaten and killed by a truck leading to Nashville.
“Preliminary research indicates that a collection truck from Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Conter Smith, 24, traveled to the north on the 3rd North Avenue, as Dobbins crossed the driveway,” Nashville police said in a statement published online. “It seems that it was inside a marked sidewalk when it was run over at around 7.30 pm, Dobbins, who lived nearby, was transported to the medical center of the University of Vanderbilt where he died.”
