influencer Cole LaBrant is opening up about a terrifying health emergency involving his wife, Savannah LaBrant.
“Today was one of those days. Not to be dramatic, but one of the scariest days of my life. Woke up to a loud boom at 5am,” Cole, 29, captioned an Instagram post on Sunday, February 1. “Savannah had gotten up to go to the bathroom in the new house we’re staying in California, and either we tripped or she passed out. Her head popped open before I found her.
Cole called 911 after seeing “blood coming from his head and a 2-inch laceration exposing his skull.” Savannah, 32, was “rushed” to the emergency room and underwent tests.
“After running all the tests, we praise Jesus that he only ended up with a concussion and 7 staples,” Cole continued. “One of those freak accidents that could have had a very different outcome. Thank you Jesus for having your hand on my wife. I love you Savannah!”
The post featured a photo of Savannah in her hospital bed with her five children by her side. (Cole and Savannah share children Everleigh, 13, Posie, 7, Zeeland, 5, Sunday, 3, and Beckham, 20 months.)
Cole also shared a graphic video of Savannah screaming in pain as a doctor stapled the gash to her head, along with a photo of the wound after the stapling was complete. In the comments section of the post, fans, friends and family gathered to share prayers and well wishes for Savannah.
“Bro praise the Lord he’s ok 😭 This is scary,” one person commented, while a second said: “Oh my god! I’m glad he’s ok! That’s scary!”
“Wow! So sorry! Praying for a speedy recovery,” said a third, while a fourth added: “Oh my god that’s so scary! I love you guys and I’m praying for Sav!”

Cole and Savannah have more than 50 million followers on TikTok together, posting a variety of familiar contentdance videos and skits on their accounts. In a 2016 YouTube video, the pair opened up about how they met, with Cole DMing Savannah on the Musical.ly app after they both went viral on the popular video platform. He was 19 and she was 23 at the time.
Cole ended up running into Savannah and Everleigh in Los Angeles shortly after the first social networking exchange. (Savannah shares Everleigh with late ex Tommy Smith. Cole adopted Everleigh in 2024.) They started seeing each other casually before things turned romantic, and the rest is history.
