Chatgpt’s Openii Signs $38bn Cloud Computing Deal with Amazon


Openi has signed a $38bn (£29bn) contract with Amazon to access its cloud infrastructure as it continues to run major mergers.

In 2025, chatgppt has signed deals worth more than $1tn with Oracle, Broadcom, Troil-Himo Gange Ndiant.

As part of the seven-year agreement, OpeniAI will have access to NVIDIA graphics processors to train artificial intelligence models.

“Our partnership with ARS (Amazon Web Services) strengthens the broad compute ecosystem that will power the next era and bring advanced AI.”

The deal reflects the widespread demand for computing power that comes from growing interest in AI.

Following the announcement of the deal on Monday, Amazon’s shares hit an all-time high, adding $140bn (£106bn) to its valuation.
