ChatGPT pulls the answer from Elon Musk’s Grokipedia


Information from the conservative, AI-generated encyclopedia developed by Elon Musk’s xAI began to appear in the answers of ChatGPT.

xAI launched Grokipedia in October, after Musk complained that Wikipedia was biased against conservatives. Journalists immediately noted that many articles appeared copied directly from WikipediaGrokipedia too admit that pornography contributes to the AIDS crisis, offers “ideological justification” for slavery, and uses derogatory terms for transgender people.
