Channing Tatum i Jenna Dewan revealed the details of their divorce in court, Us Weekly can report exclusively.
On Wednesday, Nov. 26, Tatum, 45, and Dewan, 44, filed court papers to enforce the terms of the settlement they reached through November 2024. (The exes married in 2009, separated in April 2018 and declared themselves legally single in 2019. Tatum and Dewan quickly agreed to share the daughter’s name with joint custody.) the financial settlement weeks before they faced off in trial in Los Angeles.)
Details of the settlement have remained sealed until now.
According to the new filing, Dewan will receive about 50 percent of Tatum’s Screen Actors Guild Producers Pension Plan for money earned during their marriage. Tatum will also receive the same percentage of Dewan’s SAG Producers Pension Plan.
Dewan has produced a 2023 TV movie, Devil at my doora TV show based on his hit movie step up, Step Up: High waterand a couple of other projects. Tatum has produced the massive Magic Mike franchise, Calle del Salt, 21, Carrer del Salt, 22, Blink twice, ceiling and several other films.
The drama of the divorce dragged on for years, with the biggest point of conflict Magic Mike benefits Dewan felt he helped Tatum build the Magic Mike world, which included two sequels, a live Las Vegas show, a reality show that aired on HBO, and several licensing deals involving the Magic Mike name
Dewan believed he was owed half the profits. Tatum disagreed.

Prior to the settlement, Dewan accused Tatum of failing to turn over all related financial documents Magic Mike.

It stated that it had “exhaustive efforts to resolve all issues in this matter without litigation.”
The actor said, “I’ve made countless settlement proposals, attended several mediations, my attorneys have prepared numerous drafts of trial proposals, and I’ve tried to resolve issues with (Dewan).”
He continued, “While we have resolved some issues, the most important financial issues in the case remain unresolved because (Dewan) continues to delay resolution and provides reason after reason why this case cannot be resolved.”
Tatum told the court he did not believe Dewan should receive spousal support.
“I understand (Dewan) intends to ask me for spousal support during the trial. I don’t think (Dewan’s) request for spousal support is appropriate. We had a short-term marriage of eight years and eight months and separated over six years ago,” he said. Tatum noted that Dewan had moved in with Kazee, with whom he had two children.
At the August 2024 filing, Tatum said, “They’ve been engaged for over four years.”
Dewan and Kazee are still engaged.
In February, Dewan said his mother was asking him to “speed up” the wedding planning. “We’re like two little turtles,” she told People. “My mom says, ‘Can you speed this up, Jen?’ But there are a lot of schedules and a lot of schedules to put together.”
Tatum went on with the date Zoe Kravitz in 2021 and got engaged in 2023 but their relationship ended in October 2024. He is currently in a relationship with the model Inca Williams. Tatum and Williams, 26, were first spotted together at a pre-Oscars party in March.
