Carney talks with Trump threat

Mark Carney’s run in the race to succeed Justin Tradeau makes him not only leading the Liberal Party but, by default, the next Prime Minister of the chief.

This is an extraordinary result for a person with little political experience. He has not been selected as a MP, let alone serve a cabinet post.
