Brazilian Supreme Court ordered that former right-handed wing Jair Bolsonaro will be put under house arrest.
He stood up to settle the allegations he had set a coup, which he denied.
President Donald Trump used Mr. Bolsonaro’s settlement, which he called a “witch-stop”, as a reason for some Tarko in Brazils despite a brazilian soup.
The judge in charge of the investigation of Mr. Bolsonaro, Alexandre de Moraes, said the decision because Mr. Bolsonaro did not follow the orders he had in the past month.
Mr. Moraes, also imposed in the US, said Mr. Bolsonaro used social networks of his allies that spread the Supreme Court and foreign intervention in Brazilian judicial.
Sunday, pro-bolsonaro rallies are made in different Brazilian cities. One of his sons, Flávio, a senator, briefly put his father on Spaypepphone in the Rio de Janeiro.
Flávio also told the publication of a video, which he removed after, his father on the other side of the call sent a message to supporters of supporters.
Mr. Moraes also banned him from receiving visits, apart from lawyers or people authorized by the Supreme Court, and from the use of a mobile phone directly or through third parties.
