Sergei Tikhanovsky, the Husband of Belarus’s opposition leader, calling us that President Donald Trump “just say the word” and ask for all political prisoners to let go.
The actist of the opposition was released unexpectedly on Saturday and met his wife in Lithuania again. Thirteen political prisoners were released and forced to exile.
Movement arrived while Special Envoy Kellogg, Kellogg traveled to Minsk, the capital of the belly, and met the authority manager Alexander Lukasheneno.
This is the first higher American profile for years.
In an emotional press conference on the day after his release, Tikhanovsky cried tears as he described his five years alone in bars outside the bars.
He was arrested in 2020 as he planned to run for President against Lukashenko in the summer election.
He was imprisoned for 18 years in 2021 after a court convicted of rally mass protests against Lukashenko, among other charged charges.
As a famous number of opposition, Tikhanovsky said he was conducted as he described “most probable regime”, cut from all contacts outside the world.
“You don’t even get letters, not a call. For five years, I have not confessed a priest. No calls, no priest,” he said.
Then he began to cry.

He can hardly talk to anyone but prison guards for many years and Sunday sometimes struggling for words.
“How can they do this? You (the regime) think of us criminals. But we have rights,” he said.
“Not human. It’s a nightmare. They need to stop it. We need to get people.”
He calls for the US president for further assistance.
“Trump has such power and as possibilities, which in a word can he free all political prisoners. I asked him to say to that word today,” he added.
His wife, Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, wiped his own tears while he said. He used to call him his “personal hero”.
He also described how their son did not recognize his father because he changed prison and lost weight.
He said Lukashenko was just a thing from the US Administration in charge for the release of prisoned on Saturday – the visit to the US Kellogg’s Envoy.
He can present as a diplomatic collapse after the political solace years for resistance to domestic invasion and for his support to Russia’s total invasion.
But Tikhanovsky says what Belarus wants to remove US sanctions.
Before he was arrested, Tikhanovsky was a color, unknown figure with a large obedience to Belarus on social media.
The video blogger and activists used to call people to “stop the cockroach”, which aims at Lukashenko, and refer to the country to meet the towns and villages to hear their concerns.
After his arrest in 2020, his wife boarded to run for the President of his place in August elections.
When Lukashenko declared a winning land, his supporters flooded the streets of the biggest protest Belarus had already known.
They were cruel, and Tikhanovskaya was forced to escape the country.
“The opposition leader is Svetlana Tikhannovskaya, my wife, and I do not claim anything,” Tikhanovsky clarified on Sunday at Belarusian opposition abroad.
Previously, he raised a fist in opposition.
“I want to say to all belususians – if you are waiting for a symbol, it is,” he said, encouraged them to stand in Lukashenko.
He said he regrets that he has not done – despite the treatment he received as a result.
But he added his release from the prison saved his life, because he could not save his perfect sentence behind the bars in such circumstances.
Hundreds of thousands of Belarusians were estimated to leave their country since the fierce cracking of widespread protests in 2020.
Tens of thousands of people were arrested in the country for the past five years for political reasons, according to the human rights group Viasna.
