How did the winners of the Ballon D”s decided?
The shortlist was compiled by a group of journalists from French football founder with the French sports publication of L’H’Prema.
In the prize award Men’s balloon d’jo, winners choose a voting system that includes one journalist from each of the 100 best FIFA nations ranked.
Each journalist throws voices for its best 10 players from a 30-player pleasure. 10 players are awarded 15, 12, 10, seven, five, four, three, two and one point based on where they are ranked.
If the players are related to points, then whoever finished the latest ranking of 100 journalists forward at points. If it’s bound, then it’s the most different place and so on.
Journalists are encouraged to consider three factors when they decide their voice:

The performances and achievements of the team
Class and fair game
For a female balloon d’or, the same process applies, but only journalists from Top-50 ranked nations are invited to vote.
