At the scene of Spain’s worst rail disaster in more than a decade


The small town of Adamuz in Spain becomes the scene of a fatal railway disaster.

Twelve people died in the incident, with many more injured.

The BBC’s Guy Hedgecoe visited the scene, where there was a large police cordon.

Officials said an investigation had been launched but it is not expected to determine what happened for at least a month.
