Apple noted that the attack was exploited against software open software “before iOS 17.2.”
No hackers or the target is disclosed. Apple does not respond to the requests for comments.
In February, Apple used the same language – “Very sophisticated attacks to the specific target individuals” – for other bugs, but no two evidence is connected. Before February, Apple’s patch never used this word before.
