Anthropic reportedly raised $10B at a $350B valuation


Anthropic is preparing to raise a new $10 billion at a valuation of $350 billion, according to the report The Wall Street Journal.

Claude-maker last rose a $13 billion Series F it was valued at $183 billion three months ago, so it has almost doubled the value of the AI ​​company. In March, Anthropic is safe $3.5 billion at a cost of $61.5 billion.

Coatue Management and GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, will lead the new round, according to the WSJ, which cited sources familiar with the matter. Anthropic is expected to close its latest funding in the coming weeks, and the total amount of the deal is subject to change.

This round will be separate for $15 billion Nvidia and Microsoft recently committed to investing in Anthropic, a “round” deal that will see Anthropic buy $30 billion of computing capacity from Microsoft Azure running on Nvidia chips.

Fresh capital comes as Anthropic continues win over the hearts of developers with Claude Codea tool designed to automate coding, powered by Claude Opus 4.5. It also comes as Anthropic prepares for potential IPO this year along with the main rival OpenAI. OpenAI is also in talks to raise as much as $100 billion with a value of $750 billion.
