Anne Burrell’s Death has been supposed to be investigated as a possible drug overdose.
According to a new report published by The New York Times On Friday, June 20, which cites an internal document seen by the start, the New York City Police Department is investigating whether a possible drug overdose caused Burrell’s death.

Ray shared a statement On Wednesday, revealing the chef’s death has “truly shaken” and her husband, John Cusimano.
“I can’t believe it, a woman so strong, vibrant and without fear, so full of life and love, could disappear so soon,” wrote Ray, 56, through Instagram. “Anne was a rock star! I met it for several seasons of worse chefs in the food network and became much more than a colleague.”
She added: “I will miss their friendship deeply. Everyone who touched their life will miss it. By sending love to Stuart and all who knew and loved Anne. We lost some really special someone.”
