David Shaffer
David and Wintour were married from 1984 to 1999. The South African British British physician and pediatrician worked as a professor at Columbia University, as well as acting as a head of pediatric psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian Psychiatric Hospital and head of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division of the New York Psychiatric Institute.
