Andy Cohen Addresses Plastic Surgery Rumors After CNN NYE Show


Andy Cohenappearance on CNN New Year’s live broadcast ignited speculation, once again, about the TV character’s relationship with plastic surgery.

“Just saw the new clips of Andy Cohen on NYE and WTF did he do to his face?!?” a social media user wrote via threads on Thursday, January 1. “Is she trying to find a new husband at Mar-a-Lago?”

Cohen, 57, responded in the comments section, revealing exactly why he looked different on air.

“She did the least amount of Botox and lost 20 pounds,” Cohen wrote via Threads. “And she was wearing a lot of makeup.”

Cohen, who co-hosted the holiday special with BFF Anderson Cooperhe was supported by many of his famous friends.

“And you’re handsome!” Monica Lewinsky answered, while author Lynette Rice she added: “Don’t forget to mention your fabulous hair!”

In addition to using Botox and makeup, Cohen has been open about her wellness journey, which began last year.

He continued: “I’m also very happy to have been on this journey under the care of a doctor and working with a coach to make sure we got it right.”

Months earlier, Cohen revealed that he received Botox injections for the first time.

“What I really want to know is who gets more Botox, you or Scott?” he asked Dr. Countess Metcalfe during the Married to Medicine season 11 reunion in April 2025, referring to her husband.
