After Earle, 25, revealed on social media that she is his mother fighting cancerone fan speculated that he discovered it halfway through filming last fall.
“This is what he fought for DWTS..😭,” one user wrote via TikTok on Sunday, January 11.
Earle saw the message and he answered“We found out about halfway through the season and he was still showing up every week 💗.”

During season 34 of Dancing with the starswhich premiered in September 2025, Earle competed with his partner Val Chmerkovskiy. After earning high scores from the judges and America’s votes week after week, the duo made it all the way to the finals in November 2025.
Days after the finale, Earle opened up about her experience on the competition show and revealed that the “scariest” part of the show ending is that there are “a lot of changes” in her personal life.
“Sometimes I thought about it,” he said TikTok on November 28, 2025, “but I didn’t want to say things just to make a really entertaining package and put these stories in other people’s hands.”

Although Earle is expected to perform on select dates of the Dancing with the stars 2026 live tourthe immediate focus seems to be on his mother.
In his recent TikTok post, Earle shared a collection of memories with his mother as she coped with her diagnosis.
“Wow mom! So proud and inspired by you 🤍,” she wrote via TikTok on sunday “No challenge you can’t face and come back stronger @alisamearle13 I love you.”
Shortly after sharing his family’s news, Earle received support from many fans and followers, including heidi monday, Zara Larsson i Emilie Kiser.
“Sending love and prayers for your sister mom🙏💖,” Paris Hilton he wrote in the comments section. The Baccalaureater Kelsey Anderson she added: “Sending all the positive energy and love ❤️ he’s got it!!”
