Morocco advanced to the 2025 AFCON semi-finals by beating Cameroon 2-0 in a controlled quarter-final in Rabat. “It’s historic. It’s been 22 years since Moroccans last saw a national team advance to the semi-finals of the AFCON,” said Walid Regraghi, head coach of the Atlas Lions. Morocco will face the winner of Algeria and Nigeria on January 14.
