Adobe has aggressively add to it AI features for all products in the last few years. The company is now adding more AI tools to Acrobat, including the ability to generate podcast summaries of files, create presentations, and let users edit files using prompts.
The company was launched Adobe Spaces years ago, it was a collection of files and records that could be accessed by many users. Now, Adobe allows users to use the information stored in these files and notes to create presentations using text prompts.
For example, if users have financial details, product plans, and competitor analysis available in Space, they can build a pitch deck for clients that focuses on why their product solves a problem better than their competition.
Acrobat’s AI assistant first generates an editable presentation with the points the deck will cover. You can then use the Adobe Express theme library, stock photos, or use your own images to create your presentation. Additionally, you can easily apply brand themes or edit individual slides using Express.

Tools like Canva and NotebookLM already offer the ability to turn documents into presentations. Plus, it’s newer beginning that is also to work allowing people to use AI to create presentations by tapping multiple sources.
Adobe also allows users to create podcasts to summarize files or Space in Acrobat. Especially, tools like Google NotebookLMSpeechify, and ElevenLabs Reader application it also allows users to create personal podcasts using various notes and documents.
Acrobat also gains the ability to allow users to edit files using prompts. The company says users can perform 12 actions, including deleting pages, text, comments, and images; find and replace words and phrases; and add e-signatures and passwords.

Acrobat already has the ability to share with Spaces, but now, when you share a file with someone, the file will contain an AI-generated summary, with a quote that points to the exact location of the file. Contributors can also comment on files, or add or remove content.
In addition, users can use the default AI assistant or choose other assistant roles, such as “analyst,” “entertainer,” or “instructor.” You can also create custom assistants using prompts.
