Researchers believe that the decree of the alleged law law was rebelled. If you have convicted of this offense, the death penalty or life would be sentenced to prison.

Yoon’s Martial Law decrees, troops and police force included in the National Association, many of the many South Korean rules recalled the traumatic memories of the past. The decree lasted only six hours when the legislators managed to enter a meeting hall, to vote and then throws it unanimously.

Yoon discussed his decree, he simply had to put people at risk of the General Liberal Party of the Liberal Party, which he weakened his agenda and refused higher officials and said he sent troops. But some military and police officers sent to meetings, however, the auditions of the Courtaindal Court or the researchers said, Yoon ordered the legislature to drag them in his decree to interfere with the vote or arrest politicians.

If the Constitutional Court protects Yoon’s constant problem, it would officially be thrown off the office and the national election will be officially thrown in two months.

Yoon’s opponents and massive mitins with supporters have filled Seoul’s streets and other important cities in South Korea. Whatever the Constitutional Court decides, experts say that the country is likely to polarize the country even more and increase its conservative fun.

It is the first South Korean president of the South Korean president that he was arrested in the office. South Korean law provides immunity for most criminal accusations, but it is not for serious loads such as rebellion or betrayal.

According to the law, a President of South Korea is authorized to put the country under the marginal martial law and similar emergency situations, but many experts say that South Korea was not in such conditions when Yoon declared a martial law.
