Son of Norwegian crown suspected 23 sins including rape


The son of Norway’s crown was suspected of three rapes and 23 other sins, police said on Friday.

Marius Borg Hgorgy, which was Stockson’s future king of Norway, arrested three separate hours last year, in August, September.

After a 10-month investigation, the Norwegian police committed to the case of prosecutors to decide whether to continue cases, police lawyer Andust Kususzewski said.

Høiby’s lawyer Petar Sekulic said his client “was discouraged by the accusations in most cases – especially cases about sexual abuse and violence”.

The 28-year-old, without a royal title or official duty, investigated since his arrest on 4 August 2024 in suspicion of attack.

To a statementOslo Police District says they make a “full examination”, with a “many interviews with the Witnesses, many searches and review of many digital material”.

Høiby was asked several times in the autumn of 2024 and spring 2025 and “cooperating with the police”, the statement said.

Among police officers Høoty suspected four factors of offensive behavior, a number of abuse of a close relationship and two causes of physical injury.

Police confirmed that some cases involving sexual transgressions were dismissed because of the “law of limits and evidence factors”.

“I can’t go to more detail about the number of victims in case not confirming it is a double number,” said Mr. Kruszewski.

The royal house of Norway was found in a statement that the case continued on the legal system and no further additions.
